Grounded, honestly
It works, and we can prove it — quietly
People who take tiny breaks end them feeling brighter and lighter — that finding holds across the whole research field. The same studies are honest that breaks don't magically make you more productive, and so are we. Rest doesn't owe anyone a receipt.

The promise
A streak you can switch off.
Counting is there if it helps you, and gone in one tap if it doesn't. What the app will never do is use it against you: nothing goes red, nothing tells you not to break it, and a missed day is greeted like any other day — because it is one.
Deletion is a right
Everything you make can be exported, and everything can be deleted in three plain steps. Uninstalling removes all of it.
Private by default
No analytics. No ads. Every feature works fully offline, on your phone only — and if you want it, an optional account keeps an encrypted private backup that only you can read.
Calm over busy
One clear action per screen, generous space, motion that eases — and a reduced-motion mode that keeps every feature, minus the movement.
