Short, plain, and in one page. These terms cover the Paussible app and paussible.com together.
The deal
- The app is offered as a paid product; pricing is announced at launch.
- You may use the app and the website for your own personal wellbeing. That's
what they're for.
Your data
- Everything you create in the app lives on your device and nowhere else.
- You can export it as a file and delete it in three plain steps, any time.
- The website sets no cookies and runs no trackers; preferences stay in your
browser's local storage. The details are in the cookie policy and the privacy policy.
What we don't promise
- The app and the website are provided as-is, without warranties. They are a
wellbeing companion, not medical care — nothing here treats, diagnoses, or cures anything. If something hurts, physically or otherwise, a professional beats a puppy.
The fine print that isn't
- Paussible, its name, mascot and content belong to the Paussible team. Please
don't republish them as your own.
- If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stands.
- We may update these terms when the product changes; the current version always
lives at this address.
Which version counts
These terms are written in English, and the English version is the authoritative one. Translations of this site are provided for your convenience only and are not legally binding — if a translation and the English text ever disagree, the English text prevails.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from them — or from the use of the app or this website — falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
